Our experienced team is comprised of individuals who have various real estate experience. We take a team approach to your short sale needs. Collectively we boast over 30 years of experience. Our skills include, but are not limited to mortgage brokers, investors, landlords, Realtors (no longer active), mobile home investors and short sales specialists.

We have stopped hundreds of foreclosures using short sale techniques. For the last few years, we have worked almost exclusively with Realtors and Investors. We take the time to speak to the bank on the Sellers' behalf, thus allowing you to do what you do best! In the 1980's, while in Houston, Texas we helped people avoid foreclosure by completing loan modifications and short sale programs. Now, we feel comfortable to assist you with your short sale in any state in the USA.

What is a Short Sale ?

A short sale is when the lender who holds the mortgage on a property agrees to accept less than what is owed on the loan as payment for the loan.

We negotiate short sales for Realtors and Investors !
While we negotiate the loan, you, as the Realtor or Investor can locate the buyer. Thus your time is not hampered by the time it takes to process a short sale. We fight hard to keep the Realtors commission. We are not Realtors.
